Việt Nam thắng Malaysia tại Davis Cup

Việt Nam won the third match of the Davis Cup Asia-Pacific Zone, Group III, in Hà Nội yesterday, defeating Malaysia 3-0.

Trịnh Linh Giang defeated Christian Didier Chin 6-4, 6-0 in the first singles match, while Lý Hoàng Nam took down Muhammad-Ashaari Bin Zainal-Abidin 6-0, 6-1 in the second singles match.

In the men’s doubles match, Phạm Minh Tuấn and Lê Quốc Khánh topped Ahmed Deedat Abdul Razak and Syed Mohd Agil Syed Naguib. 7-6 (5), 4-6, 6-4 in two hours and 11 minutes.

Earlier, Việt Nam beat Pacific Oceania 2-1 and bested Cambodia 3-0.
